Mangaluru, Dec 20: 'Blueberry Platinum', a residential and commercial complex by Blueberry Builders and Developers, was inaugurated at Derebail here on Sunday Decemebr 20.

The residential and commercial complex was inaugurated by Dashel Amanda Concesso and Lorraine Marian Patrao, children of proprietors Francis Concessao and Anil Patrao respectively, in the presence of former minister Krishna J Palemar, parish priest of Derebail Church Fr Vincent Victor Menezes and others.

Addressing the gathering, former minister J Krishna Palemar said, "Because of the hard work of Anil and Francis we can see this beautiful building here. They have delivered a good product of top quality. A man builds a home once in a lifetime and thus giving customers the best in terms of quality is very important.
Even if the margin of profit is less, it is important to provide quality housing. Many buildings are coming up in Derebail because of infrastructure facilities like water, roads and electricity available here. I congratulate and wish the builders all success in their future endeavours. I wish peace and happiness to all the families who will be residing here."

Parish priest of Derebail Church Fr Vincent Victor Menezes said, "Every living creature wishes to have a shelter, and in the same way every human being wishes to have a home. I wish all the residents peace and happiness."

Corporator and former mayor Shashidar Hegde said, "Mangaluru is developing at a swift rate and soon it will turn into a Smart City. Such new buildings enhance the beauty of the city. I congratulate and wish peace and happiness to all the residents."

Corporator Rajesh K said, "Blueberry Builders has constructed a very nice apartment here, and completed the project on time as promised. I wish them all the success in all their future endeavours."

Structural engineer, architect and contractors were felicitated with mementoes.
