First schedule of Salman Khan's 'Sultan' wrapped up

Mumbai, Dec 22 (IANS): Director Ali Abbas Zafar says the first schedule for Salman Khan's upcoming film "Sultan" is complete.

"First schedule of @SultanTheMovie wraps today. 20 days down, 90 more to go. Scenic beach from set window make the day," Zafar tweeted on Monday night.

The upcoming movie is reportedly based on the life of a wrestler, essayed by the "Wanted" actor.

One of the fittest stars of Bollywood, Salman has gone through intensive training for wrestling and mixed martial arts for Zafar's directorial with international action director Larnell Stovall.

His leading lady in the film is yet to be announced. There was a rumour that actress Parineeti Chopra was a part of the film. However, the "Ishaqzaade" actress took to Twitter earlier this month to deny the reports.

Produced by Aditya Chopra under his Yash Raj Films banner, "Sultan" is slated to hit the screens on Eid in 2016.
