Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School celebrates Christmas programme

Mangaluru, Dec 23: May the spirit of Christmas bring you peace, the gladness of Christmas give you hope,
the warmth of Christmas grant you love.


























Lourdes Central School management, staff and PTEC members gathered together to celebrate Christmas at the school auditorium on December 23 at 11.30 am.

The programme commenced with a prayer song lead by the staff members.

Principal Fr Robert D’Souza welcomed the gathering in a hilarious way. Principal also said that the main intention of the day’s programme was to thank the Lourdite family during this joyous season. The principal also delivered his Christmas message saying that Christmas was an invitation to be a beam of light to society like Jesus was during His time.

Ivan Mascarenhas and the carolers group, lit the spirit of Christmas by singing melodious carols.

Vice president of the parish pastoral parishad also delivered his message by saying, LCS should shine all over the world by being tender and kind.

Ivan Mascarenhas conducted an alphabet housie wherein the whole Lourdite family participated wholeheartedly.

Fr Wilson Vitus D’Souza, manager LCS in his presidential address wished the Lourdite family all the happiness for Christmas and the New year.

As a token of love, the entire Lourdite family received gifts from Father manager and Father principal.
Fr Stany Pinto, Fr Paul Crasta, assistant priest Bejai parish, Dr Preethi Ballal vice president PTEC, Charolette Patrao, Adeline management committee members were present at the programme.

Lydia D’Souzaproposed the vote of thanks.

Francisca Mendes, compered the programme.
