Suo Motu is a toothless tiger section and bailable. Question here is why there was no suo motu to fringe elements posting? There should not be double talk or standard. Law enforcement department must abide by the law of land entrusted to them. BJP/RSS functionaries admitted that 60% of police force are saffron sympathizers. Then what more we can expect from these officers? Very disgusting.

"Many have brought misery upon themselves through social media".

I think culprit is not the social media, but the individual.

Some people sit outside the country and instigate... Some people sit within the country and instigate.... Both categories are insulated from any harm... It is only the "misguided youth" of both the communities, their families and the innocent who finally suffer...

A small section of these NRIs not only trigger communal violence by posting fanatic comments on facebook but also fund the activities instigating communal violence in DK.
They think they can get away easily as they reside outside the country.
