Rob Kardashian out of hospital post-diabetes diagnosis

Los Angeles, Dec 30 (IANS): Reality TV personality Rob Kardashian is reportedly back home after hospitalisation during which he was treated for high blood sugar levels.

The 28-year-old, who is the brother of Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian, was diagnosed with diabetes and the health scare was his wake-up call to leading a healthier life, reports eonline.com.

A source said Rob is back home and "is fine now".

"Rob's tests revealed his blood sugar levels were very high, and doctors told him that he needs to lose weight, exercise and dramatically change his diet, or it will get worse," added the source.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star had been feeling ill over the holiday weekend and his family took him to the doctor for several tests.

He skipped his family's Christmas party while being treated at a hospital here. His mother Kris Jenner said at that time that Rob was "struggling" with personal issues.

Rob had been struggling with depression and a 45-kg weight gain.
