I never got the answer for my question. Why they behave like that, I mean 2 wheelers. They drive so havoc and reckless. No patience, no speed limit, always with no helmet or helmet hanging in arms / handles, complete with premiums cars, trying their level best to pass through narrow passages... OMG. We the car drivers get scared seeing them driving so recklessly. but they end up with such fatal accidents. Ultimately the family will suffer. So many accidents and so many deaths, still they don't learn lesson. In such show off situations , they look at us as if they are heroes, but the fact is that we will be looking at them as "ayyyoooo... pity on you, if something goes wrong you are going to die , not me"....

Our drivers and rider neither have proper driving lessons nor they are tested properly by the authorities. And, our vehicle are never tested for fitness. They just take life time tax and vehicles never visit any fitness testing center at all.
Whom to blame? First the Britishers who gave us the system of driving and those previous governments who did "chalti ka naam gaadi" business.
