Human Development in a fast changing and fast growing country such as India is of paramount importance. Human Development can best be enriched by educating people, regardless of their gender, color, cast or religion. India is a secular country and therefore equality is very essential for developing human resources and their intellectual capacities.

Amongst all the priorities of life in India for human development, EDUCATION should stand FIRST in our priorities. Human progress and human understanding can be little accomplished without the back up of proper Education. Even having a Degree in paper means very little in this challenging times. One has to work hard with diligence and persistence in order to prove his or her capabilities.

The Academia in India therefore plays an important role in providing the right Education to people with different disciplines so that they prove their abilities and talents with added experience and willingness.

Let all the people of different Educational and Social as well as Religious backgrounds be given a chance to prove themselves. Let the New Year open some new pathways of re-inventing our wheels of entrepreneurship. Let us give a chance for many others to come forward and make their talents and experiences known to others so that "survival of the fittest" gets a chance to prove themselves and make justice to our society.

India is perhaps the best place to prove our capacity to recognize the right people for the right job so that everyone is able to march with the mainstream of the society with equality and dignity. "Namaskhaar".
