Mangaluru, Jan 3: Triad Creations is all set to organize a Konkani rock show, Konkani on the Rocks-2, by band Teetotalers, on January 10 at 6.30 pm at St Agnes Special School grounds, in aid of various charitable projects.
The ‘Teetotalers’, a team of fun-loving friends with an ardent passion for music, was formed in May 2012. Although most from the team were full time professionals, it was their friendship that got them together to put up a Konkani Rock Show – the first rock show in the history of Konkani music. They worked zealously for 6 months to compose music and tunes for the Rock Show. Their passion reflected in the show that was witnessed by over a thousand music lovers. The Rock Show was open to music lovers for free with no sale of tickets or sponsors.
The team again has come together to present another show with no personal monetary benefits.It is a huge opportunity for this passionate team to perform in Mangaluru introducing a new genre of Konkani music to the wonderful music lovers of this city. The show is choreographed to keep the crowd on their feet on this enjoyable evening.
The band comprises of enthusiastic professionals who have devoted their time for the love of Konkani music.

Singers –Elton Nazareth, Jacqueline Fernandes, Ashish Jason Palanna and Ria D'Souza.
Musicians- Roshan D'Souza, Angelore ( Lead guitar), Jeethan carlo (Lead guitar), Dilraj Rodrigues (Bass Guitar),Sanjay Rodrigues (Keyboards), Ivan Pereira (Drums).
Roylin Correa, a UK trained sound engineer will come from Mumbai for mixing.The event sounds and Lighting is completely looked after by Chris electronics in collaboration with a specialist sound system from Manipal. A unique stage concept and design will be done by ‘Rectangle’ of Akaar group, Mangaluru.
Entry to the show is with passes only. Passes will be issued to everyone who is interested.
