Sullia: Lecturer dies of cardiac arrest

Sullia, Dec 4: A part time lecturer of the first grade college here suffered cardiac arrest and breathed his last during the early hours on Sunday December 3. He has been identified as Chandrashekhar Hasanadka (38), a native of Hasanadka near Kukkujadka in the taluk.

Chandrashekhar used to teach political science in the government college here. On Saturday night, he had reached his home after work, and had gone to bed. In the morning, the family members were shocked to find that he had passed away in sleep.

The deceased had earlier served Dr Shivaram Karanth first grade college at Peruvaje, and government PU college here. He had also served as the vice president of Guest Lecturers Association of Dakshina Kannada district.

A number of dignitaries including MLA, S Angara, visited the house of the deceased and condoled his untimely death.
