Dubai, Jan 7: On his arrival here from Mumbai to create laughter riot at 'Dhoom Dhamaka - 2016', King of Comedy, Johnny Lever, was accorded a warm welcome by Harish Sherigar and his wife Sharmila.
'Dhoom Dhamaka - 2016', a comedy show, is being organized on January 8 here under the leadership of Harish Sherigar for the third time. Harish Sherigar, besides being the managing director of Acme Building Materials here, is himself a gifted singer. Johnny Lever arrived here with daughter Jamie Lever, and wife Sujata, on Wednesday January 6 evening.
Harish Sherigar and his wife, Sharmila Sherigar, extended warm welcome to Johnny Lever and his family members when they landed at the international airport here. Managing director of Signature Events, Sunil Grover, his wife, and brothers of Harish Sherigar, Prakash Sherigar and Srinivas Sherigar, were present on the occasion.
Johnny Lever, who is known to make people laugh to their hearts content, accompanied by his daughter, Jamie Lever, will be opening up the floodgates of laughter at 'Dhoom Dhamaka - 2016' scheduled to be held at 6 pm on January 8 at Sheikh Rashid Audiotorium of Indian High School Dubai.
This great show is being arranged under the guidance of Harish Sherigar for the third time. Sherigar has planned to donate income generated out of this show to poor people, homes for the aged, and orphanages located in and around Mangaluru, his hometown.
A dance duet with the coming together of Prathama Prasad Rao and Soorya N Rao, who are internationally acclaimed dancers, will also be presented at 'Dhoom Dhamaka' comedy show. The dance programme will come up with different styles of dances, various Indian classical dance styles, dance dramas in Kuchipudi and Kathak dance forms etc.
Already about 70 percent of tickets for the show, 'Dhoom Dhamaka - 2016' have been sold out, and there is huge rush for the show of Johnny Lever that is coming up.
