Footage from One Direction's shelved music video leaked

London, Jan 8 (IANS): A footage of British boy band One Direction's shelved music video for their single "Infinity" has leaked online.

In the brief video clip, the band members are seen performing in what looks like a parking lot while the song plays in the background, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Behind them is a massive white backdrop featuring their faces drawn among other images seemingly created by fans.

Written by Julian Bunetta, John Ryan and Jamie Scott, "Infinity" was first released in September last year as a countdown single preceding the release of One Direction's fifth studio effort.

Because of that reason, some fans expressed their disappointment on Twitter after it was announced that the song would be the group's next official single.
