Justin Bieber kicked out of Mayan site for misbehaving

Mexico City, Jan 9 (IANS) Singer Justin Bieber and his friends including rumoured girlfriend Hailey Baldwin, were thrown out of the sacred ruins in Tulum, Mexico for misbehaving.

Bieber and his gang reportedly climbed the beach side archaeological site and pulled down their pants for a selfie on Thursday.

"I can confirm to you that Mr. Bieber was kicked out of the Tulum archaeological site yesterday," Adriana Velazquez-Morlet, director of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), told etonline.com.

"He and his mates pulled his pants down and insulted our staff at the site."

Visitors are warned not to climb on some of the ruins, which was built in the 13th century, because they could be unstable. Security told them to stand down but Bieber reportedly yelled at them.

Bieber's party also arrived at the site with beer, which is prohibited.

Police were called but Bieber left before they could intervene.

"We have a very strict policy of conservation and respect of the Mexican cultural heritage that applies equally to all our visitors, whether or not they're famous," Velazquez-Morlet added.

Bieber has been vacationing in Mexico with Baldwin.

The "Sorry" singer made no reference to the incident but tweeted on Friday, "Great times today."
