Mangaluru, Jan 20: Union minister of urban development Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday January 20 accused the opposition Congress of 'politicizing' the suicide of a Dalit research scholar at Hyderabad University in which BJP minister Bandaru Dattatreya was booked and said that Congress was engaging in 'cheap politics'.

Addressing a press meet at Mangalore International Airport here, he said, "The Congress is just politicing the issue. When UPA was in power there were about nine such suicides, but no one spoke at that time. The opposition is indulging in cheap politics."

He further said that the Narendra Modi-led government at the centre is pro-development, while the opposition Congress engages in attempts to delay, divert and disrupt the parliament and defame the Prime Minister.

"The union government is pro-development, it follows 1D policy of 'development', whereas the opposition is following a 4D policy - disruption, diversion, delay and defamation. Their sole aim is to defame the PM.

"After NDA came to power, we sorted out issues related to fiscal deficit and current account deficit, and now World Bank and IMF have appreciated the economic growth of the country. India is now developing and moving forward, even as the neighbouring China's economy is going in a negative way," he said.

Venkaiah Naidu then left for Uppala, Kasargod, where he is scheduled to attend a programme.

    It is not a big surprise what venkaiah Naidu said. After all it is he who very strongly recommended Appa Rao Podile to head the University of Hyderabad bypassing more than 35 more suitable candidates in September 2015 (reports Times of India. Appa Rao cannot displease his bosses at Delhi.

    In the pretext of giving justice to some what is happening is we are encouraging lawlessness. The student was involved in incident of hitting other students. Now everything is forgotten and evn if his suicide note does not mention anyting the issue is politicised. Pappu comes running here. But when a armyman was killed by Audi driver he forgot to mention. And Kejri what about the farmer who committed suicide on tree. Forgotten. /what role CM of a small state has in such incident. Is it not inciting people. And everything for vote. All those who say caste no factor - read newspaper reports during election it is all caste based. So why play blame game.

    No party is politicizing the unfortunate death of Hyderabad student.Every political party mostly has SC/ST cells and anything happen to these communities, it is their bound duty to look into the matter.There is no politics at all.It is BJP responsible for the suicide.

    Two Union Ministers asking the VC to take action on the dalits without following the principles of natural justice has resulted in this tragedy. Union Ministers showing undue haste on a small issue like this is surprising. There are larger issues in the HRD Ministry to be solved. Taking up an issue doesnt mean it is politicizing. Then why is Mr Venkaiah Naidu's party taking up farmer suicide? Let Mr Venkaiah Naidu ignore farmers suicide too. Dalits are not being treated with grace and dignity even to this day in many parts of India. This is unconstitutional and the Ministers ought to know this.

    This is not surprising at all. When the minister visited the University:
    1.he saw the dalits protesting against death penalty to Yakub as well as protesting against Beef ban.
    2. ABVP, a political student wing affliated with BJP felt confronted. Never mind the students freedom of expression.

    3.The minister irked by the confrontation this confrontation with ABVP, reacted in a typical way the leaders of BJP behave: intolerance to alternative views and accused them as anti-nationals etc.

    4. Though the initial internal investigation of the University had cleared the dalit students, HRD ministers pressure from New Delhi forced the University to suspend these students. This is not the first incidence of arm twisting and it wont be the last. Nothing will change if the BJP learns to accept and tolerate that divergent views from its own are due to the Incredible India. BJP should resist the urge of being an autocratic entity.

    CHINA'S GROWTH HAS BEEN DIMINISHED

    Previously several times I have commented in the daijiworld that the chaaiwaala government can bring India's economy to II place only if China false down.

    Whereas it is the congress which had brought India's economy from bottom to III place.

    Without a III place chaaiwaala cannot take it to second place.

    UPA was in power raised petrol prices due to increase in the Crude oil in the International Market. Now the Petrol Rate is cheaper then water, Why still petrol is expensive in India, Can you ask your Chaiwala PM ? . Any more TAX or VAT or Service Charge For the BJP Funding Money.     The BJP came into power through promising economic prosperity, when they got more seats than expected, the leaders changed the strategy to transform India as an autocratic theocracy. The vast majority of the Hindus in India, 79% of the Indian population saw the dangerous hand writing on the wall, and the totally miscalculated strategy of the BJP leadership is now backfired. So, the show case of the BJP will be filled with sad faces.

    Nobody can force anybody to eat what they like, on the other hand pulling the food of the choice is taken out, that is too cruel.

    How many thousands of people were pushed to hunger and poverty due to the beef worshiping revolution inspired by the Government of India? Any value for human life under the very high class-caste BJP?

    The highly qualified Srimathi Irani's main goal in the first year of the Government was to replace the most celebrated international festival called Christmas from India and to replace the 25th of December as Mr. Vajpai's birthday.

    How the people of all religions are celebrating the birth of JESUS CHRIST a great joyous time of laughter-color-lights-gifts-food etc. In many States of India and also the central Government celebrated the Christmas as a national holiday and actively participated.

    Srimathi Irani has to pay a price for that tricky action.

    I don't want to hear what has happened in past, what did BJP do or what did Congress do... What's happening now is absolutely bulls,,it. Congress is trying to stop the country's development , with all possible ways. They try to create or the other matter, politicalize it and blame govt and Prime Minister. It's harmful to the country and the society. Let's all stop this and let the govt drive the governance than sorting out all these non sense. One guy committed suicide in an university. Why the hell whole country to be shaken. Come on. Let the law and order take the appropriate actions than these politicians commenting on that. Why the hell Rahul flew all the way from Delhi to Hyderabad. that itself shows some hidden agenda.

    Mr. Naidu, you were too dedicated in the beginning of the BJP Government to have a national beef-ban and anti-conversion law.

    If the two Ministers sitting at New Delhi, especially Srimati Irani's first letter and four reminders has forced the University to torment the Dalit student, thus he took the dangerous action of suicide how to explain that situation?

    BJP's anti-minority and anti-Dalit attitude must be swalled by the opposition parties led by Congress, and simply listen the aachi din prosperity gospel repeatedly and clap the Government.
