Mangaluru: Two from city killed in road accident at Dubai

Mangaluru, Jan 30: Two persons from Bolar here were killed in a road accident which occurred at Dubai in the early hours of Friday January 29.

Members of a family that is native to the city had visited a place named Ras Al Khaimah in Dubai by car. On their way back, the car went out of the control of the driver, after which it hit the road divider. Sameena (45) and her brother-in-law, Nazeem (34), were killed in the accident on the spot.

There were seven people inside the car at the time this tragedy occurred. Suhail, who was driving the car, and the other four family members escaped with injuries of various degrees, it is gathered.

 

Man from Udupi loses life in accident at Chitradurga

An accident which occurred at Chitradurga on the night of Wednesday took away life of a man from the town. The deceased has been identified as Muhammed Suhail Muneer, a resident of Kinnimulky here.

Muneer was the founder of United Riders team of Bullet motor bike riders in the town. He was returning to his home after taking part in 'Bullet Festival Mania' which was organized at Nagpur via Chitradurga, when a bus hit his motor bike, killing him instantly.

Muneer was very fond of motor bike riding, and had undertaken trips to various destinations including adventure tours within the country along with members of his team of Bullet bike fans. He is survived by wife and two daughters.

    Sad,sometimes what has written that cant avoid.Heartfelt sympathy to the Family.I have one question,even though it is unpassend.Can in Dubai or UAE.more than five passengers in a car travel?Here it is not allowed.and strict with belt.and children with children seat.May the souls of deased rest in peace.

    May ALLAH showed sympathy on deceased.
    Remember my dear brothers and sisters especially who lives with family in Gulf country (Dubai) going to picnic in thursday and staying long time there and returning at 2.00 - 3-00 am with sleepy eyes is the main reason of accident. My humble request with you all that finish your function within maximum 10.00pm and returned your home safely and stay in your home comfortably and for us muslim this night is very very holy night because next day friday we have to prepare for our public prayer. So take care your self which ALLAH gives power you to think and avoid un necessary accident which brings big loss to you as well as your family to whom you are leaves back. Thank u daiji.
