Beyonce Knowles stumbles on stage

Los Angeles, Feb 8 (IANS): Singer Beyonce Knowles almost fell during her big Super Bowl 50 performance, but she recovered soon enough.

Knowles was dancing onstage on Sunday along with her backup dancers when, in the middle of her dance to new song “Formation”, she stepped back and seemed to have lost her balance. She quickly recovered, and her face just looked relieved, reports variety.com.

Beyonce joined Coldplay and Bruno Mars during the halftime show, partaking in their rendition of Mars’s “Uptown Funk”.

Coldplay led a neon-coloured, fun-loving halftime show when they took the stage in the centre of the field at Levi's Stadium for the Super Bowl 50 halftime show.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin opened the performance singing "Viva La Vida" and "Paradise" while jumping on the stage as gold-clad dancers holding neon umbrellas circled the field.

Directly following the performance, an ad announced Beyonce's first headlining stadium tour this summer with a 40-date Formation tour, set to begin on April 27.
