Udupi, Feb 8: The cast of the recently released tulu movie titled ‘Pavitra - Beedida Ponnu’, inaugurated the new dance group ‘Team Shadow’ at Sanman Plaza, near Venugopal temple, Manipal on Sunday February 7.












Actor Bhojaraj Vamanjoor addressing the gathering explained that the audience is like God for the artistes. We see God in the audience. If an artiste has the desire to learn new things, he will reach new heights. Parent’s blessings are there for the children. Till date he has not failed to seek the blessings of his parents.

The Pavithra tulu film has run successfully in the first week at various theatres like Suchitra, PVR, Cinepolis, Big Cinemas in Mangaluru, Kalpana in Udupi, Isaac in Manipal, Nakshatra in BC Road and Aruna in Puttur.

The movie has been produced under the banner Sri Indira Movies by Anantarama Rao Yermal from Chennai.

The movie was shot in just 23 days in local areas like Yermal, Kaup, Kulur, Haleangady and Mangaluru and it includes five emotional love songs.

Debutante Chirashree Anchan played the lead role and highlighted the character of a girl who hails from an orthodox family.

Kriti R Sunil, Shivani, Pratheek Poojary, Avinash Poojary, Hasini were felicitated on the occasion.

Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Gopalkrishna, Harish Bhat and dance team founder Karthik, Arvind, Karunakar, Balakrishna Shenoy of Sanman Plaza and others were present.

Swathi Krishna Acharya compered the programme.
