Abu Dhabi, Feb 10: Gopi Kamath with his troupe is ready to take Abu Dhabi music lovers back to the golden era of musical lyrics and lilting tunes which are still fresh in memory. The long awaited musical evening for Hindi music lovers in Abu Dhabi is set for February 12 at India Social and Cultural Centre in Abu Dhabi from 6 pm onwards. The show has all the ingredients to become one of the top musical evenings to be presented in Abu Dhabi in recent times.
This show is being organized by Emirates Paradela Foundation as part of their various social activities.
Gopi Kamath is leading a group of 9 musicians and famous singers from the Bollywood comprising:
Chirag Panchal – Saregama Juniors winner
Nirupama Dey - Saregama Challenge 2009 finalist
Sudhakshina Mukerjee – Gulf Retro Voice
Tejaswini Shahane – Represented Asian Super Star from the UAE
Sanjay Marathe – The famous keyboard player/arranger and music director (who will be leading the orchestra)
Benette D’Mello, president of Emirates Paradela requests the music lovers of all ages to collect the invitations from the Paradela members if they have not taken them already. He is hopeful of a houseful show and emphasizes that music aficionados who love serious music should not miss out this opportunity.
