Puttur: Awareness programme on PAN held at St Philomena College

Puttur, Feb 11: Suraksha Consumer Forum of St Philomena College Puttur organized an awareness programme on PAN on February 6 at Spandana seminar hall of the college. 

The Financial Consultant of Wealth Vision, Muralidhar K was the resource person. 

Speaking on the occasion, he said, “The permanent account number or PAN has grown in importance and is today a vital part of any financial transaction. The tax department allots the PAN to an individual for the purpose of identification and to relate to various transactions and information pertaining to him.”

Principal Prof Leo Noronha presided over the function. The office executives Prajwal and Manoj of Wealth Vision extended the cooperation in organizing this programme.

The convener of Suraksha Consumer Forum Prof Dinakara Rao compered the programme.

About 100 students availed the benefit of this programme.
