Shivamogga, Feb 18: After a car smashed into a stationary truck near Sakrebail in the district, three occupants of the car died on the spot. This tragi accident occurred on Wednesday February 17.
The deceased have been identified as Bhagyamma, Kamalamma and Sheshanna, all from Siddapur village in Bhadravati taluk of the district. The driver of the car, and another person, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, suffered serious injuries. They stand admitted into the hospital here.
The car got badly mangled in the accident.
