Puttur: Man stabs two persons for silly issue

Puttur, Feb 21: A man stabbed two persons for silly reason on Friday night at Madeyala near Vittal.

The accused stabbed the innocent person while he was walking on a field, injuring in the stomach and the back. When another person tried to stop the act, he was also stabbed. Both injured were admitted to Vittal government hospital for treatment.

Police visited the hospital and took teh details from the victims. It is believed that a dispute regarding a girl could be the reason for the conflict.
