Mangalore, Sep 21: The district-level Dasara sports competitions were inaugurated at Mangala Stadium here in the city on Friday September 21 morning.

The competitions being jointly organized by Dakshina Kannada ZP, Youth Service and Sports department in association with Karnataka Sports Authority were flagged off by ZP vice-president Rajashree N Hegde.

ZP standing committee president Asha Thimmappa Gowda and Dakshina Kannada superintendent of police Satheesh Kumar were the chief guests on the occasion.
