Mangaluru: Konkani Natak Sabha holds drama workshop

Mangaluru, Feb 29: A drama workshop was held on Sunday February 28 at the Don Bosco hall, here. The workshop was organised by the city's Konkani Natak Sabha.



























Konkani novelist, playwright and activist Lancy Pinto Nayak was the resource person. The workshop commenced with an inaugural function presided over by Elias Fernandes from Four Winds Mass Communications. The function began with a prayer led by Dolphy Saldanha. The drama workshop was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Elias Fernandes and the dignitaries on the dais. 20 actors participated in the drama workshop.

Prem Lobo, vice president, Sunil Menezes, general secretary, Judi D’Souza, joint secretary, Jerry Concessao, treasurer, convenor Cyril G, Sequeira(CGS), Dolla Mangaluru and managing committee members of Konkani Natak Sabha were also present.

The Konkani Natak Sabha issued certificate of participation to all the participants. Prem Lobo welcomed the gathering. CGS Tacode compered the programme. Sunil Menezes proposed the vote of thanks. The participants presented their talents after the workshop.
