Kuwait: Prashantha Shetty elected president of Kannada Koota

Kuwait, Mar 2: CA Prashantha Shetty was elected as the president and Rajesh Vittal PMP as the vice president of Kannada Koota in the recently concluded AGM meet.

Kuwait Kannada Koota also elected other new office bearers for the year 2016 to run the activities of the Koota for the year 2016.

Prabhu Achar was elected as the secretary and Dr Shashikiran Prabhu as the treasurer of the Koota. 

The reins were handed over to the new committee by the outgoing president Sudhir Shenoy and his team consisting of Girish Shenoy, Deepak Katti and Kiran Bhat.

It was very nice of the outgoing committee to have arranged a live orchestra by specially flown in musicians from India. Members had a relaxed evening enjoying and dancing to their favorite songs.

The new committee also took the opportunity to thank the outgoing committee for their commendable services rendered to the Koota and pledged to take the association to new heights in 2016.
