Vijay Kumar Shetty dons 60 roles in 10 hours, enters Limca records

Udupi, Mar 3: Tonse Vijay Kumar Shetty has entered Limca Book of Records by donning 60 different roles within a matter of ten hours, a feat created on the occasion of his 60th birthday. Shetty, founder president of Mumbai Kaljagattu organization, is also a well-known dramatist.

In this connection, 'Rangotsava-Vijayotsava' function is being organized at 3 pm on March 6 at the town hall at Ajjarkad here.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday March 2, Shetty said that he would be presenting himself in 30 different roles during the above function. "The function would be inaugurated by managing editor of 'Taranga', Sandhya S Pai. Noted entrepreneur, Suresh Shetty Gurme, will preside. Dr M Mohan Alva, Nadoja Dr G Shankar, and many others will take part," he explained.

President of Vijayotsava Samiti, Shambhu Shetty T, general secretary T Satish Shetty, convener of Kalajagattu's Dakshina Kannada and Udupi unit, Sudhakar Acharya, and Prakash Suvarna were present at the press conference.
