Rapper shot dead in Atlanta


Los Angeles, March 6 (IANS): An Atlanta-area rapper known as Bankroll Fresh, whose real name was Trentavious White, was found dead outside popular Street Execs Studio in northeast Atlanta.

Police were called to the scene after reports of gun shots being fired emerged on Friday. According to a local TV station, as officers responded, they saw a large crowd of people fleeing the studio, reports dailymail.co.uk.

White was taken to Children's Hospital of Atlanta at Hughes-Spalding by an unidentified person, where he was pronounced dead.

According to local media at the scene, at least 50 shell casings were found on the ground outside the studio. Nobody else is believed to have been hit or killed in the shooting, say police.

White was signed to rapper 2 Chainz's Street Execs record label. He was known for his single “Hot boy” and “Walked in” featuring Travis Porter, Boochie and Street Money.
