New York, March 7 (IANS): Model Chrissy Teigen and singer John Legend celebrated the impending arrival of their first child with a baby shower.

They invited friends and family to the fun-filled party which was held here on Sunday, reports aceshowbiz.com. 

Teigen uploaded some photographs from the party on her Instagram account. In one of the images, she was seen kissing her husband, who smiled to the camera. 

The 30-year-old model also shared another photograph featuring herself carrying her bulldog Pippa. In the image, she sported a bindi on her forehead as she donned a nude horse-patterned long coat atop a white tube dress. 

The couple treated the guests to a lot of food, including cookies in various shapes like baby carriage and a crown. She later shared the image of the cookies and captioned it, "Luckiest girls around". 

Besides that, the couple even shared a similar selfie on their Instagram pages. They declared themselves parents-to-be by wearing customised paper crowns with the words "Baby Mama" and "Baby Daddy" on them.
