Mangaluru: Week-long annual shopping festival Harshotsava begins

Mangaluru, Mar 7: Popular annual shopping festival 'Harshotsava-2016' was inaugurated and blessed by Fr Santhosh Lobo the assistant parish priest of Milagres church here at Harsha Falnir showroom on Monday, March 7.

Addressing the gathering Fr Santhosh lauded the service of Harsha over the years and said, "Harsha is a reliable company which has been giving prompt and best service to its customers all these years. They have been providing the best quality products at competitive prices. I congratulate them and wish that they open many more showrooms."







'Harshotsava-2016' was inaugurated by H S Nayak, proprietor of Nayak business associate at Harsha's KS Rao Road showroom.

Ashok Kumar, director of operations, Harsha, Murlidar Rao, branch manager of Falnir showroom, Nishanth Shet, Navneeth Bhai, Yogish, the branch manager of KS Rao Road showroom, Shrikanth, business head of Prakash Retail, T Muralidhar Rao, manager of Harsha, Mangaluru, Praveen Kumar, assistant manager, Harsha, Mangaluru, A Jayaram, PRO of Prakash Retail, Divakar Salian, project manager of Prakash Retail, Oneil D’Souza, director of Daijiworld Television Pvt Ltd, Walter Monteiro, director of CILA Advertisers, Ivan D'Souza and Savil Mascarenhas, vice-president and secretary, respectively, of Milagres parish council, and others were present on the occasion.

Harsha which was started on March 9, 1987 has completed 29 years. 'Harshotsava' is celebrated every year from Monday to Sunday during the anniversary week. Harsha operates 11 stores in Udupi, Mangaluru, Belagavi, Dharwad, Bengaluru, Shivamogga, Hubballi, Puttur and Kundapur. Two more stores will be opened shortly.

As part of 'Harshotsava' celebrations, maximum discounts, prizes and gift hampers are made available to shoppers at Harsha showrooms on purchase of a variety of items.

    Kudos to Harshotsava-2016. It is growing by leap and bounds and they have all products required for any house. Most of the things which I bought when I built my new house, is from Harsha, Udupi. Their service is prompt and good.
