Jaipur, Sep 25: Three revellers, celebrating India’s win over Pakistan in the Twenty20 World Cup final, were killed and five others injured when a jeep overturned near Fatehsagar lake in Udaipur in the wee hours of Tuesday, police said.
The injured were admitted to the Maharana Bhupal hospital where the condition of three youths was critical.
The deceased were identified as Vivek Singh, Indrajeet and Sumer Singh.
The boys, drunk after India snatched a thrilling victory over Pakistan, were taking a ride around the lake when the mishap occurred after the driver of the vehicle lost control, the police said.
