Arbaaz will give 'no more reactions' on split with Malaika

Mumbai, March 29 (IANS): Actor Arbaaz Khan has refused to react any further on the news of a "break" with his wife of 17 years, Malaika Arora Khan.

A day after the couple issued a joint statement, admitting that they are on a break to figure out their lives, Arbaaz tweeted on Tuesday: "Not a day passed after giving a joint statement and saying not to believe sources or supposed friends... No more reaction from me henceforth. If they are not sensitive and don't respect people's privacy then they are not worth losing sleep over."

The "Dabangg" star also slammed speculative news articles, which mentioned that sources close to the couples shared details about them to the media.

"You got to be dumb and bankrupt for news to write the same... over and over again. Get a life guys, show some respect. It's not a joke," he wrote.

While sharing a link of the article with their social media followers, Arbaaz and Malaika shared: "Humble request to the media, stop speculating and leave us alone. Will talk when ready, please respect our privacy."

The rumours of the couple's split started when an online platform reported that Malaika has moved out of their home with their 13-year-old Arhaan.
