Mumbai: 'Choukattinacheya Chitra' Kannada drama performed

Mumbai, Mar 31: Kannada Kalavrinda, here held a three day long drama festival in the city. Choukattinacheya Chitra, the drama created by well-known dramatist Dayananda Salian was enacted by Mumbai Chukki Sankula.






















The drama is based on the life and hardships faced by third gender. Kannada Kalavrinda Mumbai president Bailur Balachandra Rao, vice president S M Shetty, honorary chief secretary T R Madhusoodan, treasurer Ramesh M Rao, joint secretary Ramesh Beerthi, experienced dramatists Dr Bharathkumar Polipu, Omdas Kannangar, B S Kurkal, Ranga Poojary, S K Sunder, Rajiva Naik, Ashok Valavooru, Dr Karunakara Shetty, advocate Amitha Bhagvath and drama lovers were present.

The organizers said that Gokula Sion group will present 'Amma Nivratharaagthare', drama directed by Thonse Vijayakumar on Wednesday March 30 evening.
