New Delhi, Apr 1 (IANS): Bollywood actor-singer Ayushmann Khurrana has been appointed brand ambassador for VI-John shaving foam.

The product is part of the portfolio of VI-John, an FMCG company which offers personal care, oral care, skin care and hair care products.

According to the contract, the "Vicky Donor" ctor will endorse shaving foam through advertising campaigns, which will be unveiled soon. As the brand ambassador, Ayushmann will be featured in a new integrated 360-degree campaign for VI-John shaving foam which will run across TV, print and online channels rolling out from April 15.

"It's a great feeling to be associated with VI-John... VI-John and its products have a tremendous mass appeal and strive to offer the customer a great experience every time," Ayushmann said about the association in a statement.

Ayushmann's association will "help build a strong connect between the brand and consumers, especially youth who admire his music and take him as their role model," said Harshit Kochar, director, VI-John India.

"Ayushmann, who wears different caps of a singer, lyricist and actor, has a mass appeal and connects well with our brand philosophy," Kochar added.
