Mangalore: ‘Munch Street 2007’ Food Festival at Moti Mahal

Mangalore Oct 7: A gala inter-collegiate food festival named ‘Munch street 2007’ was organized by the Rotaract club here at Moti Mahal on Saturday, October 6.


The main theme of the festival was ‘Seafood Boulevard’, offering a delectable menu consisting of a soup, a salad, a starter, a main course and a dessert.


 

Speaking to daijiworld, organizer and Rotaract president Dheeraj Shawn D’Silva informed that this event was attended by a large crowd of 1,200 enthusiasts from and around the city and that three hotel management colleges participated in this veritable food feast.

Further D’Silva informed that the winner at the ‘Munch Street 2007’ food festival was the Sarosh College of Hotel Management, while the runner-up was the Srinivas College of Hotel Management.

The dance floor was deftly handled by DJs Yogi and Roy who enthralled the crowds.

Prizes were given away by Dheeraj D’Silva.
