Celebs mourn temple fire tragedy in Kerela


Mumbai, April 10 (IANS): B-town celebrities like Rishi Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra have expressed sorrow over the fire accident that claimed over 100 lives at a temple in Kerala's Kollam district.

A flying spark from a firecracker landed on a building where a large quantity of crackers had been stored, setting off explosions and a massive blaze that caused destruction in no time, witnesses said.

The blaze broke out in the temple in coastal town of Paravur in Kollam district around 3.30 a.m. when a large crowd of devotees had assembled.
