Udupi, Apr 15: Foundation stone was laid for 'Mandavi Royal Prince', premium residential apartments and commercial complex, at Kalsanka, Udupi – Manipal Road, Udupi on Friday, April 15.

Fr Godfrey Saldanha, parish priest, St Joseph church from Neermarga Mangaluru, blessed the new project with God’s blessing, while Fr Philip Neri Aranha, parish priest, Mount Rosary church, Kallianpur, Fr Mahesh D’Souza, assistant parish priest, Mount Rosary Church, Kallianpur, Purushotham P Shetty, Ujwal developers, Udupi, Jayakar Shetty Indrali, general manager, Badagabettu credit co – operative society, Mohammed Moula, president Muslim welfare association, Udupi, and promoters of Mandavi real estate developers Jerry Dias, Molly Dias, Glen Dias and Jason Dias were present on the occasion.
