Money and Status makes a man greedy and finally lands in committing crime. Most of GSB's believe Truth, patience, believe in God and elders also love people of other caste/religion. Baliga found a serious mis-appropriation of funds received in re-structuring of Temple. This made some people to raise their eyebrows and some planned to finish him personally. Crime is crime.. Let Lord Veera Venkatesha punish those culprits who robbed the money in crores which is public money.

    1. What determines an accused to be a person of interest Vs arrest warrant issued?

    2. What is lacking with the police force to issue a non bailable warrant against the accused?

    3. Is there a different yardstick for a common man ( without connections) and for a political connected person?

    4. Are the police force scared that there will be a defamation case against them if they issue an arrest warrant against Baliga( I am assuming that there is yet to be am arrest warrant issued- please pardon my ignorance).

    5. Accused can be arrested and then granted bail. Once arrested and released on bail the prosecution has to prove the case in the court. If the PERSON OF INTEREST is deemed to be hindering the investigation ( may tamper evidence) then the police force will issue a non bailable warrant against him and his bail may be denied by the judge.

We the public of Mangalore need answers for these questions.

    Baliga,
In the Ullal case they have murdered a man which could have instigated a communal riotwhich could have taken many more lives. So those people need to be shot at point blank. Those murderers can always come out unscratched because there is a queue of legislators ready to call press conference in their support. And also they have option to come out free by Siddu's some bhagyas.

Here poor Shenoy does not gave any such bhagyas. So on sympathetic grounds i said, let the accused be accused till proven.

    Shankar,

Poor Shenoy is not poor, he is evading police since many days and he is the blessings of Mr. Selfie Man aka Feku.

A life is a life, it has no Hindu,Muslim or Christian. Why that yardstick is not applied for Ullal accused? They are accused until proven guilty isn't or Sanghis do you have different definition based on the religion.

At any point, your definition is against the principle of our great Dharma but what can be expected from the followers of Golwalkar?
