what a tragedy. any ways, I feel grand fathers seen showing more liberty to the kids comparative to the parents. May be few. they get angry when parents scold their kids for their mistakes. Grand fathers will enjoy their plays, naughtiness.. even though some times it's harmful for others or for the kids themselves... grandfathers doesn't realize and doesn't allow anybody to stop them or scold them. Now, in this case to the extreme he let these kids to jump in to the water. Now they ended up their lives. Now whom to blame... I am sure this gentleman (grandfather ) will carry this sorrow through out his life. Parents also will some how, knowingly or unknowingly blame grandfather for this incident.
