    FAKE NEWS!!
Each liter of liquor weighs around 0.75 - 1.1 kg.
Considering 14,000 liters of liquor will weigh approximately 10 tonnes, enough to give u flat tires or perhaps even bend the chassis of the above vehicle(max. payload 1.2 - 1.8 tonnes).
Even a petroleum tanker carries only 12,000 liters of fuel(weight of fuel and liquor are in the comparable range)!

Liquor manufactured in Goa ??? I doubt, it is known in Goa, that the liquor, few brands which are consumed highly is manufactured in Karnataka, duplicate. When we fancy Goan Fenny or Uraak and bring it in for personal consumption, then they call it Kalla Batti, and ask mamul. Central Government should universalise the Commodity Sales between the States, Goa is not a Foreign Country, or Karnataka is not a Foreign Country, Restriction breeds Smuggling there by corruption, Mamul. Ultimately foot Soldiers are caught and King Pin will be missing.
