Bharatraj

Bharatraj, a BJP leader, was riding his motor bike on Krishnapura Math road on April 13, when four persons seated in a Scorpio car, had dashed their vehicle against Bharatraj's motor bike. Two among the occupants of the vehicle then rushed towards Bharatraj, who had fallen on the road, menacingly. It is said both the aggressors were brandishing rod and sword, and were screaming furiously.

Bharatraj had succeeded in running away and hiding from the aggressors. The accused reached the spot where he was hiding and hit him with rod, due to which Bharatraj suffered injuries to his leg. The accused had then escaped, leaving behind the Scorpio vehicle and lethal weapons.

Suratkal police inspector, Cheluvaraju B, sub-inspector, Poovappa H M, Vinay Kumar, Raja M, Pushparaj, Punith, Hanumantha, Krishna B K and other staff members had taken part in the operation to nab the four accused.

A delegation led by former state minister and city north block BJP president, Krishna J Palemar, had met city police commissioner, M Chandra Sekhar and urged him to intensify the investigation into the murder attempt on young BJP leader and arrest the culprits at the earliest. A rally was also held in Suratkal demanding the early justice.

Navarang Friends circle from Krishnapura on Tuesday met MLA Moideen Bawa and submitted a petition requesting for the arrests of real culprits who had asked the accused to execute the murder of the BJP leader.

don't support any criminals. it is not good to commenting by considering the culprits name/caste/religion. even they could be our own religion but religion never support illegal things. it preach us peace. if we support the criminals that means we are not following our religion.
