Dubai, May 4: Freddy’s Restrocafe & Bowling by Fortune Hotel will have a grand opening at Dubai Grand Hotel, Al Qusais, Dubai on Thursday May 5.
Located on the Mezzanine level of Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune, at Freddy’s Restrocafe & Bowling, one can enjoy a wide range of internationally sourced wines and beers besides an intercontinental food menu.
The impressive location offers an expansive space that will treat sports fans to an unprecedented viewing experience featuring the largest projection screen and several other LED TVs. Want more than great sports? Bowling !! Yes ..Complete with a Bowling Alley for a little action on the floor.
“We are very excited about bringing this new concept to Dubai. We will be the first sports bar in Dubai to feature bowling alley,” says Praveen Shetty, chairman - Fortune Group of Hotels.
He added: “We've created a venue that appeals to a diverse crowd, including kids and families, sports fans and club hoppers. We offer an upscale atmosphere with very moderate menu prices. The menu is diverse and offers some tempting new twists on the traditional sports bar fare. In addition, we will be having daily food specials.”
Taking RFID technology a step ahead, Freddy’s is the first one in UAE to introduce a state-of-the-art pre-paid beer cards, where a guest can pour beers themselves for an "x" amount they chose!
“We even offer self serving beer tables where draught taps are fixed to the tables and a group of friends or family can have their individual 5 liter draught kegs and pour as much as they like.”
The place has been designed by Mitesh Paryani, owner of Elements Interiors. He explained, “The Freddy’s in Dubai resonates to the vibrant beat of London. Brick laded walls and industrial type roof with various beer taps & 30 feet long spirits display makes it the most sought after place by one and all.”
Popular for the multitude of giant LED screen and several flat-screen TVs broadcasting year-round live sporting events and pool table, the place is the first of its kind in Dubai and this side of the city where one can have a drink, have a pub grub and BOWL!
