“Public welfare department will hand over 2.77 acres of land to Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation for the said bus stands. The past three chief ministers had rejected this project. The time has come to fulfil the public demand by constructing these bus stands. A detailed project report of Rs 5 crore has been sent to the government. "A long pending demand of Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) bus stand issue has been cleared and buses are expected to be introduced in city from June 2016. The JNNURM bus stand will be constructed at the place of old DDPI office, near city bus stand. Nearly 34 cents of land is available and the transport department has decided to to take seven cents of CMC land to extend parking place. Jossy, There is also a tussel between Mr J.R.Lobo & Mr Madhavarj to see which region would be favoured by the rain Gods. This is the limit. Our Investment in the Almighty sector is second to none in the world. I remember reading in the newspapers that our Erstwhile congress chief Minister R.Gundu Rao had invoked the blessings of the rain Gods for rainfall, but then Congress was unopposed & Congress had taken for granted they they would Romp home without any opposition. So only one God was appeased , now we need the blessings of all the 3 major religion Followers . religion has become the biggest bane in our country. Lets see how the drama further unfolds. We oppose for everything & anything , Where are the stalwarts of the Narmada Bachao Andolan. We oppose when a dam is constructed , we oppose when we put up nuclear reactors. We see politicians make a mountain out of a mole hill & play with our sentiments & we are quick to fall for their empty promises ,
