Mangaluru, May 8: Even as police continue to hunt for absconding leader of Yuva Brigade, Naresh Shenoy, relating to the murder of RTI activist, Vinayak P Baliga, police personnel have questioned a person named Vishwanath Bhat, from Karkala. Bhat is said to be close to Shenoy, and supporter of a Swamiji.
Vinayak Baliga was murdered in the wee hours of March 21 this year near his home. Police have been trying their best to arrest Naresh Shenoy, whose bail application was rejected by a court here sometime back. So far, the police have failed to find his whereabouts.

Vishwanath Bhat is stated to be a close associate of Naresh Shenoy. He is from Kochi. He is reportedly in constant touch with Naresh Shenoy. Reportedly, the main purpose of the police in questioning this person is to try to find out the current location of Naresh Shenoy.
