The article says " financier" was this a legal business? If in this business physical intimidation etc are used in recovery process, then clearly there is a law and order situation in Mangalore that needs to be NIPPED in the BUD.

I read in the news that our judiciary needs 70K judges to clear the back log cases. Clearly for a functional democracy the pillars are efficient justice system, Legislature, utive and a free press.
Spending money on judiciary is building the infrastructure of Democracy strong. removal of Goonda elements, criminal in politics, corruption, as well as to maintain fairness to poor and middle class can be attained through a robust judiciary.
Healthy fear of law and respect to justice can only be attained through good justice system. Builders, financiers in real estate are an area that Mangalore law enforcement needs to keep its focus on.

There are many new rickshaw's plying in Mangalore and do not have a number. Even private vehicles ply in Mangalore without number plate since they are new from the showroom. Police should see to it that all vehicles should get on the roads only without a number plate. One more suggestion is that the number plate should not be a fancy one, only with one font. Some high end cars have some numbers or alphabets which cannot be read. The underworld is catching up in Mangalore.

Navin shetty...didn't you people forget your own language and script...I can speak in tulu, kannada and Malayalam...If you people try to introduce tulu script in mangalore...I am the one who will be able to read it easily coz Malayalam and tulu script are so similar...I am more tuluva than you ...I may be able to read and speak while you may be only able to speak...meanwhile Kannada is not your language it is surrogate language...I can even read and speak Kannada fluently...
