Two from Mangaluru die in fatal accident at Guntur

Mangaluru, May 15: In a fatal accident which took place at Nadendla Mandal, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, two from Mangaluru died on Friday, May 13. The accident claimed four person's life.

Grace Suvarshitha, (17), daughter of Sumana Vasanth and Vasanth Nayak, and Mukthi Behra (40) are victims from Mangaluru who died in the tragic accident .

It is learnt that Mukthi Behra(40) from Kolkata, residing in Mangaluru for past 20 years, had gone to Kolkata with her friends. While returning to Mangaluru from Kolkata, the incident took place on NH 16 at Nadendla Mandal Guntur in Andra Pradesh. The car in which they were travelling rammed a parked truck at Guntur.

Mukthi Behra and Grace Suvarshitha were severely injured in the accident and died on the spot. Other two people who were said to be workers in a jewellery shop died on the way to hospital.

Sumana Vasanth mother of Suvarshitha is severely injured in the incident. She has been shifted to Guntur government hospital.
