Mangaluru, May 16: The MLA of Mangaluru South constituency J R Lobo inaugurated the city's first professional salon for pets, Bubbles Pet Spa near Shree Ramakrishna higher primary school at Yeyyadi on Monday, May 16.
Speaking on the occasion J R Lobo said "I have known consultant veterinarian Dr Shilpa since many years as she had taken care of my pets. She has the healing touch for the pets. I wish all the best for this new venture. "
The fully equipped pet spa provides the premium services to the pets like, mini and full grooming service, flea and tick preventive care, de-shed treatment, teach cleaning, vet consultation, dermatological solutions, feather extensions, style haircuts, pawdicure, spa package, wing clipping, break and nail trimming under the supervision of pet groomer Srinivas.
Speaking to Daijiworld, Dr Shilpa stressed on the need to give the special care to the pets. "Grooming your pet is an important part of their health, hygiene and overall well-being. It makes your pet look better, and also it makes them feel better. A routine grooming also allows you to examine your pet's coat, teeth, eye, ears and nails for health problems.
Zerfas couple the godparents of Dr Shilpa, , Dr Gautam Alva, Dr Bijore, Dr Shivananda, Dr Sushanth Rai, Dr Yashaswi and others were present on the occasion.
The clinic is available on all weekdays except Thursday between the timings 10 am to 5 pm.
