GMU to host annual inter-school medical, science exhibition on May 25, 26

Ajman, May 20: Gulf Medical University, the leading private medical university in the region will host the biggest annual inter-school medical and science exhibition, 'GMU MASE' at its campus in Al Jurf, here from 10 am to 5 pm on May 25 and 26.

Competitions will be held in project, poster and painting categories and the best projects stand to win cash prizes worth AED 25,000. Prizes to the winners will be distributed at a special ceremony on the final day.

The competition is open to students from all schools in the UAE. Visiting students will also have the chance to see human anatomy, model of the heart, anatomy museum, pathology museum, dental simulation lab and clinical simulation lab of GMU. Moreover, there will be a special discount sale of books including titles in science fiction, fantasy, computers and internet, biographies, GK, etc.

Every year GMU MASE inspires and encourages young scientists recognizing their talents and showcases the fact that the path to a sustainable future for the UAE lies in the power of talented youth. As role models they are empowered to encourage further exploration and development of knowledge, analytical thinking and skills in their peers as they cooperate to solve local and global technological issues. Last year, students from over 50 schools had showcased their talent at GMU MASE, which was attended by over 4,500 students from over 250 schools.
