this is not very convincing. how can a lady take money without reason and from unknown man.

Even for coolie work , money is paid once the coolie starts the work , not before.

    Mr. Rao,

Apparently you took it wrong. He showed her the note and she said she will return in a while. It doesn't say she took it, rather she went away telling him she will return. Meaning, she did not understand what he asked for but thought he has some work to be done. Upon her husband coming to communicate with him, he may have learned that he is asking for something else than coolie work.

On the other hand, he may have asked for change - never know. But the police will certainly get the truth out.

This is how the illiterate police of Mangalore react to such rowdyism. This action of the public is clearly an offense u/s 323, 141 and they should have booked them.

DK rickshaw drivers are always looking for a reason for Gundagiri.
Why don't these people handover the Majnu to police. Who has given right to do gundagiri, we should not encourage this kind of gundagiri by these rickshaw drivers.

He respected it Sir. He didn't try to molest her or rape her. Like a gentleman he asked if she is ready for sex for Rs.500.00
He would have for sure mistook the lady standing alone for a prostitute waiting for customers.
    Whats the big deal ?
