Mangaluru, May 24: Naresh Shenoy accused of involvement in the murder of RTI activist Vinayaka Baliga is being searched by the police.  The wife of Naresh Shenoy has lodged a complaint in the court against the propaganda being spread in social websites against her husband.

The complaint has been lodged by Naresh’s wife Sumana Naresh Shenoy at Mangaluru JMFC second court.  The judge who accepted the complaint has asked Barke police to register a case and conduct investigations.

The complaint has been lodged against Car Street’s R Ganapathi Baliga, Ananthesha Bhat, V T Road’s Ravindra Mallya and 41 members of Devalache Swayam Sevak (literally translated Volunteers of Temple) WhatsApp group.  “My husband being a businessman has done several good deeds in social and religious spheres and made a name for him.  Some people who cannot bear it have put writings such as ‘Wanted dead or alive’ and spoiled his name.  They have done it even after requesting them not to do so”, stated Sumana in her complaint.

    #2-"Until safe entry in public domain myself would be absconding from LAW & will prove innocence after getting anticipatory bail in court of LAW, till then hold the fort, be brave & pray"this would have been a last discussion between Naresh & his wife. Best thing to do when public & political outcry is inevitable.

    #3-In INDIA all are aware that innocent can be made guilty & guilty can be made innocent. Its always better to prove not guilty standing outside the court rather inside the court.Rule goes to all who can afford.
    This is not new to wise people.
    what people want to do against cannot be stopped & for cannot be avoided.

    Sumana pls cooperate with police & tell them where your husband is ?I am sure because he has absconded you & your entire family is not able to show your face in your community. Get your husband out from the rat hole &let him prove his innocence if he is innocent ? since he is underground for 2 months i dont think he is innocent.

    Normally its duty of the police to call entire family everyday for inquiry till the accused surrender.In gulf they have kept the entire family in custody till the man left for India to surrender. Because of Gujarat rule in India, so far so good.this hiding is more torturous, till he surrenders.Since she has got nothing to loose, proactive she has lodged a complaint.

    I once again reiterate that, there will no arrest,no conviction and no sentence of NAMO brigade founder.

    He is well protected by local politician through central ministry,powerful swamiji and also provided legal protection.

    There will be some dummy arrest with ski mask to silence public outrage link the case to Bhatkal.

    Siddaramayya was a mole sent into Congress fort by BJP and JDS together to destroy Congress from inside.
    - Not arresting Naresh shenoy... proves links with Yuva brigade.

    bjp and Sangh leaders should come out an protest demanding the immediate arrest of Naresh Shenoy just like teh way they did in the case of Prashath Poojary.

    By doing so, they need to send out a message to its supporters that they are with the victim and not with the murder accused.

    If bjp and sangh parivar leaders are not seen fighting on behalf of the victims family then it will be crystal clear to its supporters that bjp doesn't support the weak common man.

    Once a criminal/culprit escapes from any state, then Police department of that state has to approach Central Home Ministry/other state Govt/Police heads and obtain permission to enter other state to nab culprit. If not, other state police will not allow them to do investigation OR they don't cooperate.
    You should have this basic knowledge, before raising your doubt on our state police.

    It is not our police going to UP and bringing fish from market... don't be #AndhBhakth !

    Madam Sumana must understand that she enjoyed all glory earned by her husband when he had not gone in the hiding. She can't demand to be bestowed with the glory for lifetime when things are not as before.

    When somebody is accused of something, he/she should ensure the accusations are wrong by making him/herself available for questioning. If one evades the law, the accusations get confirmed.

    If you explain this to your husband madam, it will be much less troublesome than what you and your family are currently facing. Of-course the court will take its own time to investigate the charges filed by you but your primary responsibility as a wife is much more than just filing a complaint and anticipating better days.
