Mangaluru, May 27: 'Maurishka Palace', Land Trades Builders and Developers' largest and most ambitious project to date received enhanced rating of 'Mangalore 6 Stars' from CRISIL following audit, after completion of the project. Sathish Ramachandrani, director of CRISIL handed over the CRISIL rating at a press meet held here at Hotel Deepa Comforts on May 27.

Addressing the gathering Ramachandrani said, "A noteworthy point here is the group's intention as well as the intention of its proprietor, Shrinath Hebbar. Their intention is clear and transparent towards their customers. Very few projects have got a 6 star rating and Maurishka is one among them. I wish and congratulate the group all the very best in all their future projects."

This new rating is an upgrade from its earlier rating of 'Mangalore 5 Stars', accorded by CRISIL to the same project during construction stage. Independent quality audit both before and after completion of a project is yet another first by Land Trades and reflects their all abiding commitment to optimum customer satisfaction. The enhanced rating was awarded to the project following fresh independent audit by CRISIL's technical team who undertook thorough inspection of the entire project along with interviews with customers, residents and various project associates.
