Udupi, May 28: Inauguration of tower A, B, and C of Mandavi Prince Palace, a prestigious project by the Mandavi Developers was inaugurated on Saturday May 28, at Kalsanka – Gundibail road, Udupi.

Sri Laxmivara Theertha Swamiji of Shiroor math, inaugurated the building by lighting the lamp and blessing the occasion. While P. Jayaram Bhat, managing director, Karnataka bank, Mangaluru inaugurated the commercial complex and Prince Dias inaugurated the main entrance by cutting the ribbon. Fr Godfrey Saldanha, parish priest of St Joseph Church Neermarga, Mangaluru blessed the gathering.

Addressing the gathering, Swamiji said “Mandavi builders led by Jerry Dias is providing good service to the society with latest specifications and amenities at low price range. They made their brand mark, not only in Udupi but also at the state level. Every design is made after keeping in mind the need for convenience and comfort of the families. With the attractive structure, pleasant location of the udupi Mandavi prince palace is situated at the adjacent road of Kalsanka – Gundibail Road, Udupi. It consist of Tower A, B, C, D and E, and now Tower A, B, C are ready and inaugurated. As a second phase work is going on in full swing at Tower D and E.

Mandavi prince palace coming up in 15 storey building consisting of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 800 Sq. ft. to 1,790 Sq. ft, with the international stand facilities in the residential apartments wide range of empty space, swimming pool, 24 hours water supply, STP plant, near to educational institutions, hospitals, and markets. It also consists of a commercial complex.

Work is going on in full swing at Mandavi prince palace tower D and E, Mandavi square, business centre and hotel at Manipal and Mandavi Acropolis at KM Marg Udupi which is expected to inaugurate in the month of December 2016 and recently launched project Mandavi royal prince with 36 apartments and commercial shops at Udupi Manipal road.
