Police arrest Manjunath Shenoy for harbouring Naresh Shenoy

Mangaluru, May 29: CCB police in city on Sunday afternoon of May 29 arrested a person for helping Naresh Shenoy who is the prime accused in Vinayaka Baliga murder case.

Manjunath Shenoy (39) alias Manju from Mannangudda in city is the person arrested. He is photographer by profession.


As per details available, Manju allegedly helped Naresh Shenoy to find places while he is absconding. Manju also arranged money for Naresh Shenoy.

Manju reportedly was in touch with Naresh all these days.

Naresh Shenoy is yet to be apprehended. So far 5 arrests have been made relating to this case.

    The mysterious silence of BJP-RSS leaders in Mangalore is a cause of concern now.

    These very same BJP-RSS leaders bank on GSB community to further their political aspiration and now they are no where to be seen when a honest 'whistle-blower' like Baliga is murdered.

    All like minded, honest Mangaloreans MUST come forward and protest.... remember tomorrow it could be your kith and kin who may be targeted.

    This Manju is another who made huge gains from SV Temples funds issuing double or trippled bills related to photography , videography, and live telecast on V4media during renovation. Others also were in the same circle for the same cause whose names will surely come out one by one. We have full faith in the Lord who never leaves a penny taken from him. Instead gives more than one expects when one comes to his feet.

    Namo Brigade leader Naresh should come forward and surrender...this case must meet its logical end and the family members of Late Vinayak Baliga SHOULD receive justice.

    Naresh Shenoy should surrender and at the same time BJP-RSS leaders from D.K should come forward and protest against the murder accused.

    If BJP-RSS leaders are not seen supporting the victim Baliga's family, then it will be crystal clear that they are supporting the accused.

    One cannot help wondering about if this hiding and publicity has put a lot of strain on Naresh Shenoy. More than that would be his family undergoing terrible time. Why should a man allow his family to suffer for no fault of theirs?

    If Naresh knew things like Edward snowden knew about wiki leaks- wouldn't his life in danger? This suggests to me that there are other people who are more involved in the " VT- affairs" than Naresh shenoy.

    First Naresh is caught. And he makes sure along with him many others also are caught. So that he will have some guys to spend time in Jail. Preferably his friends. Naresh has always done help seeing advantage in it. Manju, Babu, Nalin and many more will come in limelight. Jail Ho Naresh.

    If this case is properly investigated it will connect the dots from Kateel to Kalladka to Nagpur.
    In this high profile case,the accused Naresh Shenoy is well protected by the influential local politician,swamiji and all legal assistance in his way.

    The arrest of NAMO founder will seriously dent the BJP's political influence in the region and also Modi's personal image raising him to central leadership.

    There will be secret deal soft Hindutva of Congress and hardline sangh ideological influenced BJP.

    This days Mangalore CCB shuffling is more like changing CD.But there is hardly any headway.It won't be ruled out in the coming days some dummy character with ski mask is presented to media to difuse the public outrage.

    This is sooner going to be one of the longest manhunt in the history of Karnataka after Veerappan and Chandran.It only proves the incompetency of the law enforcement dept. whose credibility is seriously in question after Cobrapost sting operation.

    You work in his house or something? Perhaps you don't know what harbouring a criminal hiding from the law entails. The arrested man was the kingpin behind Naresh Shenoy hiding plans. Now the arrest of this man has taken place, others who helped Naresh Shenoy to hide from the law are getting the runs!
